What is your pricing structure and packages breakdown?

You can find my current price list for branding and design services here.  Also, if your needs aren’t covered on my pricing sheet I’d be happy to put together a custom quote for your specific project.  Just send me a message here.  Side note: All e-commerce sites (Shopify, WordPress, etc) are quoted on a project by project basis.

It’s important that you understand exactly how my branding process works, so I’ve outlined it for you here.

Do you help with printing my branding material?

Yes, for clients that purchase a full branding package (branding + print + web) I will assist you with your printing needs.  My fee is 20% of print project total plus all shipping fees.

Are your initial deposits refundable?

No, all deposits are nonrefundable as it’s my way of guaranteeing your spot in the queue.  It’s not uncommon for me to book projects several months in advance, so scheduling is key to making sure I give my clients the time their project deserves. It’s a total bummer when someone backs out when another client could have happily taken that spot.  Bottom line, securing a deposit is my way of making sure my clients are serious about moving forward with their branding and/or design project.

What are your billing and invoicing methods?

At this time I accept Paypal payments (which can be paid via the four major credit card companies). Most project payments are due in two parts, the first half payment is due upon booking your project to hold your spot in the queue.  The second installment of the payment is delivered at project completion sign off, before any final files are delivered.

I offer payment plans for clients that want to purchase the full branding package(brand + print + website) with 4 payment installments, which are due across the span of our project together to make the investment easier on your business.  All payment installments and due dates will be detailed in your proposal.

Do you host the websites you design?

No, a domain and hosting service must be purchased by the client. If you’re looking for a reliable and cost efficient domain and hosting service, I recommend bluehost.com {I’ve never had an issue with them and I host all my own websites with them}.

With that said, The Branded Solopreneur is not responsible for any server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issues that may arise after the launch of your site.  It’s also worth noting that The Branded Solopreneur’s website package does not include any future WordPress CMS updates or compatibility issues for your website.  After the sign off and launch of your website, all additional work will be quoted and billed at my hourly rate.  Client’s are responsible for providing The Branded Solopreneur with FTP access to their website server.

Do you have set office hours?

No, all meetings, Skypes, and/or Google Hangouts are by appointment only.  That’s the beauty of being a solopreneur!  It’s also how I can ensure I set aside ample time for our chats and make sure I come fully prepared. However, you can email me anytime.  I try my best to respond to emails and calls within 24-72 hours after I receive them, excluding weekends.
